    Pre-paid May Tuition

Your pre-paid May tuition becomes non-refundable after July 1, OR, 14 calendar days after you sign the enrollment agreement (if registering after July 1), unless at least one of the below 4 conditions are met:

    • Your child is moving out of state
    • Your child has been advised by their physician that they should not attend preschool (physician’s letter required)
    • Your child has qualified for services from the Special School District that Circle of Friends does not offer (school district letter required)
    • Your child’s preschool program is cancelled for the remainder of the school year

If you choose to withdraw your child for any other reason, you forfeit the pre-paid May tuition. The pre-paid May tuition may not be applied toward an outstanding account balance.

    Current Tuition

Circle of Friends reserves the right to combine or cancel classes. If your child’s class is cancelled by Circle of Friends, tuition for the month of cancellation will be pro-rated and a refund will be issued upon request for any tuition paid for the period after class was cancelled. If your account has a balance due, any refund amount will first be applied to the balance due.

If you choose to withdraw your child from the Circle of Friends program during the school year, tuition for the month your child is withdrawn is non-refundable unless at least one of the below 3 conditions are met:

    • Your child is moving out of state
    • Your child has been advised by their physician that they should not attend preschool (physician’s letter required)
    • Your child has qualified for services from the Special School District that Circle of Friends does not offer (school district letter required)

Refunds will not be provided for snow days, sick days, or if your child is required to quarantine. Please allow up to 14 business days to process any refunds.

Please review the Enrollment Agreement carefully for additional details.
