We are eager to help your child enjoy a great start to life-long learning. If you’re ready to enroll your child at Circle of Friends Preschool, please complete an Registration Form and return it to the preschool front desk along with your registration fees.

In order to secure a space for your child in our program, the following payments are required:

• Registration Fee of $150
• Pre-paid May Tuition

Checks should be made payable to “Manchester UMC.” You may also pay by credit/debit for an additional fee.
