  • May I bring a food treat for my child's birthday?

Yes, please make sure that you communicate with your child’s teacher to sign up for a day to bring that special treat. Also, all treats must be store bought, individually wrapped, and nut free (this includes any M&M products). No items prepared at home may be brought for safety reasons

What if I'm running late for pick-up/drop-off?

If you are going to be more than 10 minutes late, please park by the West entrance of the church. Once you enter the building, please proceed to the preschool main entrance and ring the doorbell.

What if I need to pick my child up early?

Make sure your child’s teacher is informed. When it is time to pick up your child, please park by the West entrance of the church. Once you enter the building, please proceed directly to the preschool main entrance and ring the doorbell. We will bring your child to you.

Should my child wear a coat before arriving?

Absolutely bring weather appropriate clothing. We ask that you do not buckle your child in the car with their winter coats because this can be potentially dangerous and is not recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics. It can also cause your child to overheat. When this happens, their temperatures will spike and you may have to wait with your child until their temperature can read below 100.4.

What if my child is sick?

If your child appears to be ill, they should be kept at home until well. If a child’s temperature is 100.4F or higher, they will be sent home and cannot return unless they are fever free for at least 48 hours without medicine and have no other symptoms. See our sick child policy for full details.

  • Who is allowed to pick up my child?

We will only release your child to a parent, legal guardian or another adult that the parent/guardian has previously provided written authorization to pick up. If you wish to create or modify the list of persons authorized to pick up your child, please email [email protected].

    When is tuition due?

Tuition is due on or before the first of each month. If tuition is paid after the 10th of the month, a $25 late fee will automatically assessed.

How does the preschool set its schedule?

We typically follow Parkway School District for holidays, days closed, snow days and late starts. However, we make scheduling decisions based on what is best for the preschool and church community. Changes to the schedule are communicated to families as soon as they are known.
